This server lives in a monorepo. The README covers the whole collection, so we can't extract a single canonical install. This README is for the MCP Dev LATAM monorepo, which contains many MCP servers (including Xero under packages/erp/xero). It does not provide Xero-specific environment variable names or a standalone canonical config for the Xero server; see the package-specific README under packages/erp/xero.
