Please install the `propstack-mcp` MCP server into my current AI client (that's you).

Required prerequisites (do these first if not already done):
- **Propstack API key** — Get V1 API key from crm.propstack.de > Verwaltung > API-Schluessel (https://crm.propstack.de)

Canonical MCP server config (stdio transport):
- command: `npx`
- args: ["-y","propstack-mcp-server"]
- required environment variables:
  - `PROPSTACK_API_KEY`: Propstack V1 API key (example: `<your-api-key>`)
